Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. The allegation of commission of firearm injury and death is against co-accused Rahul Kumar. Co-accused Deepak Kumar fired, however, no injury was caused. At the end of F.I.R., it is mentioned that petitioner and co-accused Rupesh had threatened to kill the deceased some time back. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
