The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kursakanta (Kuwari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 241 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner has neither the owner of the seized motorcycle nor has concern with the alleged illicit materials. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17035 of 2023(3) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Exclusive Special Judge, ExciseII, Araria in connection with Kursakanta (Kuwari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 241 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
