The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 72 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 302 /34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is a lady. The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting one Shobha Devi wife of informant by iron rod causing fracture of her right wrist. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence and she has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49447 of 2017 (3) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 submitted that she has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 28.07.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Gopalganj, in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 72 of 2017.
