The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 537 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections-364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The victim, in her statement recorded u/S 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, named the petitioner as one of the kidnappers but the allegation appears to have centered around against co-accused, Gyani Yadav, who has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a bench of this court vide order dated 16-07-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22139 of 2014. Moreover, the victim has already filed compromise petition. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and

No.33985 of 2014 (2) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 537 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghatti, Gaya subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
