The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 8(C)/21(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

16 bottles of Winserex syrup is alleged to have recovered from the Goomati (shop) of the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that shop in question does not belong to this petitioner and only on suspicion, petitioner has been made accused. In this regard, no seizure list has been prepared, which itself creates doubt about the prosecution case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17395 of 2022(2) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 87 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
