This relates to grant of bail in Mahila P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 313, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67(c) of I.T. Act.

In the F.I.R., the informant has alleged that petitioner developed friendship with her and on false promise of marriage, he took some obscene photographs of informant. It is further alleged that petitioner blackmailed informant and forced her to enter into sexual relationship on numerous times, due to which, she conceived several times, but the petitioner got terminated her pregnancy every time. Thereafter, when the informant complained petitioner's sister for this, she (informant) was

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Not a single witness has been examined by the police. However, learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submits that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of establishing physical relation with the victim on the pretext of marriage.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail.

The bail application stands rejected.
