2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Dhamdaha P. S. Case No. 201 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted one Manoranjan Poddar, repeatedly, on his head with lathi as a result of which, he sustained two injuries, one of which is found to be grievous.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.
