Petitioners, namely, Snehlata Kumari, Dimpal Kumari and Ful Kumari in Cr. Misc. No.32820 of 2014 and petitioners, namely, Radhika Devi, Gita Kumari and Maya Kumari in Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32820 of 2014 (3) dt.16-02-2015 2/3 Misc.No.34579 of 2014, apprehend their arrest in Adhoura P.S. Case No.18 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 469, 470, 471, 419, 420, and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners were appointed on the post of Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery initially for a period of one year but on enquiry, it transpired that the petitioners produced fake certificates of registration. Petitioners were removed from their services and payment made to them was ordered to be recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on same and similar facts, Rina Kumari @ Rani Kumari and Chameli Kumari have been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No.32228 of 2014 and other accused, namely, Nilam Kumari has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No.31531 of 2014. Considering the fact that on the same and similar allegation other accused persons, who had produced forged certificates of registration, have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 32228 and 31531 of 2014 and the case of the petitioners also stands on similar footing, petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32820 of 2014 (3) dt.16-02-2015 3/3 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Adhoura P.S. Case No.18 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
