Mr. Rana Randhir Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 325 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus nature of allegation against seven F.I.R. named accused persons of commission of assault with iron rod, sword and Tangi to the father of the informant. The postmortem report would reveal that the Doctor has found several lacerated wound on the head of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2018. I do not find substance in the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner was carrying a Tangi, only cut injury is possible. At the present stage

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37887 of 2018(2) dt.12-07-2018 2/2 I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence prayer for bail is refused. Petitioner may renew his prayer, if the trial does not progress for six months, subject to full co-operation of the petitioner in progress of the trial.
