2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 426 of 2024 registered for offences under Section 108 of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The deceased had committed suicide. Before committing suicide, she has telephonic conversation with the petitioner. It has come during investigation that the petitioner and the deceased were in a relationship.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari/ concerned court below in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 426 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
