The petitioner seeks bail in Rail Sonepur (Hajipur) P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant has alleged in his written complaint that on 22.03.2018 he was crossing the railway over-bridge to go to his residence, at about 8:00 pm four miscreants came near him and snatched his mobile and also assaulted him and took away Rs. 130/- from his pocket. He raised alarm on which G.R.P and local persons came and apprehended miscreants including the petitioner. From the possession of co-accused Vishal Kumar one mobile phone was recovered and Rs. 130/- was recovered from the petitioner and two other miscreants managed to flee away.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39837 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Rail), Sonepur, in connection with Rail Sonepur (Hajipur) P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018.
