The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(a) Issuance of an appropriate writ /writs /direction /directions /order/ orders for quashing the order dated 09.04.2015 passed by the learned Deputy Director, Welfare, Patna Division, Patna passed in Anganbari Miscellaneous Re-Appeal Case No.525 of 2012.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9653 of 2015(3) dt.14-09-2023 2/3 (b) Issuance of an appropriate writ /writs/order/orders / direction/ directions to not remove the petitioner from the post of Anganbari Sevika of Angaanbari centre-Dogi, Code No.94, ProjectRajgir in the district of Nalanda (c) Issuance of an appropriate writ/writs/direction/direction / order/ orders directing the respondents to stay the operation of the order dated 09.04.2015 passed in ReAppeal No.525 of 2012 passed by the Deputy Director welfare, Patna Division, Patna."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has made a short prayer to the effect that the respondents be directed to consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Anganwari Sevika, as and when the selection process for making fresh appointments is notified.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition,

Patna High Court CWJC No.9653 of 2015(3) dt.14-09-2023 3/3 I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to apply for being appointed as Anganwari Sevika as and when fresh recruitment is notified, which shall be considered on its own merit.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
