JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Khagaria (Gangour) PS Case No. 428 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 468 and 471/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant applied for loan and the bank Manager asked her to contact the petitioner and thereafter her loan application was processed and Eighteen thousand rupees loan was sanctioned and given to the informant but she received notice for recovery of Fifty thousand rupees. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither the bank employee nor concerned with sanctioning of the loan amount in any manner, he is in custody in this case since 5.11.2017 and has got clean antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pandav Rajak is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Khagaria in connection with Khagaria Gangour) PS Case No. 428 of 2017.
