JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of a direction/order or an appropriate writ for directing the respondent authorities to pay the differences of salary of First A.C.P. benefit of Rs. 4,13,410/ to the petitioner and Salary of strike period."

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State has submitted that the benefits of first ACP scheme has already been granted to the petitioner and as far as the benefits of second ACP is concerned, he may approach the respondent-authorities.
