2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for the relief sought for in the present writ application, he has also filed representation before the respondent no. 2 on 08.07.2010. He submitted that the same is still pending which may be directed to be disposed off.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents do not object.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner on 08.07.2010, copy of which is
