The petitioner seeks bail in Arwal P.S. Case No. 198 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 120-B, 504, 153A and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR. Petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2017. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail vide order dated 11.01.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 1411 of 2018, dated 03.01.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 62162 of 2017 and dated 15.01.2018 in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.381 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 Criminal Miscellaneous No. 147 of 2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 198 of 2017.
