2. This is an application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The following order was passed on 04.08.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 24607 of 2023:- "Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 534 of 2022 for the offence registered under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the written complaint, the deceased was killed at the instance of one Lal Babu Rai and during investigation it has come that two hired criminals namely Srikant Nirala and Manager Rai have killed the deceased and the petitioner was in contact with the hired criminals.

5. In view of the fact that the petitioner has conspired in the killing of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19410 of 2024(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 the petitioner is rejected herewith.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.

8. If the trial is not concluded because of the fault of the prosecution then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail."

4. This Court finds no ground to review its earlier order.

5. This application is dismissed.
