Petitioner is in custody in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 2.16 liters of liquor. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in jail since 18.5.2018. Considering the quantity of the liquor and the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38131 of 2018(2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Samastipur, in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018.
