Grievance of the petitioner for grant of second Assured Career Progression (ACP) with effect from 1.1.2002 and benefits under third Modified Assured Career Progression (MACP) with effect from 1.1.2009, has been redressed. Counsel for the petitioner however submits that it appears that arrears differences have not been granted to the petitioner. Respondent authorities, in view of the fact that they have admitted the claim of the petitioner for grant of benefits with effect from dates taken into consideration herein above, are obliged to make payment of all dues consequent there upon. Let the respondent authorities supply details of

Patna High Court CWJC No.9749 of 2016(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 calculation showing the differences paid, to the petitioner, on the basis of said two benefits under second ACP and third MACP.

If the arrears differences have not been paid, the same should also be paid along with a detailed chart showing calculation of petitioner's admissible dues, should be handed over to the petitioner expeditiously and positively within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

This disposes of the writ petition.
