Both the parties are descendants of common ancestor and Title Partition Suit No. 271/2017 is pending since before. In the aforesaid background, it has been alleged by the informant, wife of younger brother of the petitioner, that he alongwith his son teased a minor daughter as well as also assaulted her. The petitioner is under custody since 22.1.2020.

Consequent thereupon, the petitioner Anil Kumar Gupta @ Pappu Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. District & Sessions Judge I, Patna in Jakkanpur P.S.Case No.58/2020.
