2. The petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2017 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 549 of 2017, arising out of Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 100 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 307, 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with land dispute between the parties. In any event, it is submitted that even though fire arm injury has been attributed to the assault by the petitioner, the supplementary injury report (Annexure-3) discloses the injuries to be simple in nature.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the
