The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 396 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity, dirty village politics and some ulterior motives. Further he submits that in the instant case, complaint case is filed after lapse of three months of the alleged occurrence.

Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
