Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered on 13.03.2002 for the offence under Section 364 of the Penal Code. His name transpired during investigation on 11.04.2002 but he has chosen to apply for bail in the event of arrest in the year 2015.

In the circumstances, I am not inclined to grant him bail in the event of arrest. He may, however, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33555 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 court below and apply for regular bail in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 34 of 2002, which should be considered in accordance with law.
