2. The petitioner seeks bail in Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 151 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 126(2), 303(2), 352, 351920, 351(30 and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nagrik Sanhita, 2023.

3. The allegation is against seventeen named persons of surrounding and assaulting the informant. Further allegation is that Manish Kumar abused and assaulted the informant due to which his teeth were broken.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the FIR there were two Manish Kumar and from the allegation part it is not clear as to who was the person who assaulted the

He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2025 and he has twelve criminal antecedents and in all the cases he is on bail and this case is the result of animosity with his agnates. It is also submitted that both the parties have lodged cases against each other in past.

5. Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2025, he is author of injury on teeth and there is previous dispute between the parties, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Shahpur, Patori in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 151 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure / Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha

8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
