BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 02-11-2021 The petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "(i) For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of mandamus and directing and commanding the respondents authorities for not showing dues in civil bearing the bank Loan account No. 3220191661 which was sanctioned by the Branch Manager, the Central Bank of India, Sheohar on 28.11.12. whereby and where under the compromise between the parties on 26.3.2018 the petitioner have deposited all the due amount in one time settlement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to approach the Central Bank of India, Main Road Sheohar Bazar, Sheohar Town, District- Sheohar for redressal of the grievance. Permission granted.

The present petition stands disposed of.

We are hopeful that as and when the petitioner makes such representation before the appropriate authority, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of representation.
