ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-11-2017 The present matter has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the informant as certain submissions which have been recorded in the order dated 18.10.2017 have been pointed out to be incorrect in view of the order passed in the Criminal Writ Application. It is submitted that though the submission was otherwise, due to inadvertence, it has been recorded that the petitioner was taken into custody only after the directions were issued in Criminal Writ Application for taking him into custody. However, he has produced the order passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 1241 of 2016 wherein it appears that notices were issued to Respondent Nos. 7 to 12 in the said Criminal Writ application. It appears that such a mistake has occurred due to inadvertence and is sought to be corrected accordingly.

No.48665 of 2017 (3) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 Thus, in the penultimate paragraph of the order dated 18.10.2017, let it be noted that the petitioner was taken into custody after much effort only after issuance of notice against the petitioner in the said Criminal Writ Application. The order may, thus, be read accordingly.

A copy of the order passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 1241 of 2016 has been produced before this Court and is being kept on record.
