2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udwant Nagar (Gajraiganj)P.S.Case No. 438 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The informant, who is himself a veteran criminal has lodged this FIR. It has been submitted that the occurrence had taken place because the the prosecution side had tried to grab the land of the petitioner and injuries have been sustained by both the sides.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2023 and he has got one criminal antecedent, in which he is on bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in Udwant Nagar ( Gairajganj) P.S.Case No. 438 of 2023.
