2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Mohiuddinnagar P.S. Case No. 178 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 189(2), 189(4), 191(1), 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 109(1), 324(4), 324(5), 329(3), 329(4), 352, 351(2) and 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of causing indiscriminate firing along with other accused persons and ransacking the household articles, besides damaging the vehicle of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18788 of 2026(2) dt.24-03-2026 2/3 petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. The nature of allegation is general and omnibus. It has further been submitted that only on account of political rivalry, the name of the petitioner has been framed in this case. It has further been submitted that no any injury has been caused to anyone. It has also been submitted that similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted bail by learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 72436 of 2025. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 06.01.2026.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail and has submitted that petitioner is having criminal antecedent of 12 cases.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sahapur Patory, Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddinnagar P.S. Case No. 178 of 2025 with the following

(ii) He shall also mark his weekly attendance at Mohiuddin Nagar P.S.
