Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G. B. Nagar P. S. Case No. 301 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 506, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has caused simple injury and the matter has been compromised.

The Court below will very the compromise petition and if the compromise is there, the bail bond of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27508 of 2021(3) dt.28-03-2022 2/2 should be accepted and if the compromise is denied by the informant then the petitioner shall be taken into custody. Considering the aforesaid fact, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with G. B. Nagar P. S. Case No. 301 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
