2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sheosagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 379 of 2023, instituted under Sections 341, 323, 325, 326, 354, 379, 506, 34 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19192 of 2024(2) dt.28-03-2024 2/3 Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the date of occurrence petitioners along with F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted the informant and his elder father with knife and Danda causing them injury. The accused persons also took away golden locket and cash of Rs. 5000/- from them. They used to molest the cousin sister of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Injury report does not support the prosecution case. Both parties are co-villagers. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They undertake to co-operate in investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Sheosagar
