Being a Complaint Case even though, cognizance has been taken under Section 323 as well as Section 384/34 of the I.P.C. Petitioners have got no reason to apprehend that in case, they surrender before the learned lower Court with a prayer for bail, the same will be rejected. That being so, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned lower Court with a prayer for bail which, the learned lower Court will consider favourably in light of direction as given above.
