In both the above stated petitions, it is informed on behalf of the
Patna High Court MJC No.1342 of 2015 (4) dt.26-08-2015 parties that the cheques relating to family pension of the petitioners have already been handed over to the petitioners but grievance of the petitioners is that no calculation chart has been given to them and it is not clear as to how the authority calculated the dues amount of the petitioners. In view of the aforesaid submissions, both the above stated petitions stand disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to raise their grievance before opposite party no.4 within one month from today and if petitioners raise their grievance regarding calculation of their dues, opposite party no.4 shall hand over calculation chart to them within three weeks from the date of raising the above stated grievance and if the petitioners are not satisfied with the calculation as done by opposite party, petitioners may take legal recourse before appropriate forum.
