Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that by mistake in bail application of Cr. Misc. No. 40248/2020, the designation of the Special Judge was wrongly mentioned as Special Judge Excise, Patna instead of Special Judge Excise,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22029 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2021 2/2 Muzaffarpur.

In that view of the matter, let the same be read and treated as Special Judge Excise, Muzaffarpur. The instant application for modification stands disposed of.
