No. 20079 of 2009, was not considered on account of pendency of the writ application and the appeal before this Court relating to reservation and the accelerated promotion and that the issue now has been set at rest both by the learned single Judge and the Division Bench of this Court, this Court would direct the opposite parties to ensure that whatever decision has to be taken now in the case of the petitioner, must be taken within a
