Petitioner Mukhiya is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the bungling committed in connection with purchase of solar lamp. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he purchased solar lamp of Tata B.P. Company at a rate lesser than the rate approved by BREDA. Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Rs.
