Shahi, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal. He further submits that in the meanwhile if any auction has taken place, the creditor may be restrained from taking any further action, as claim of the petitioner is that he never took any loan.
