The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.44 of 2014 registered under Sections 366A, 506 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application, wherein she has specifically stated that she had not been abducted by the petitioner rather out of her own sweet will she married him and her age is assessed to be twenty years by the learned Magistrate, who recorded her statement, in the event of arrest or surrender in the
