The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Of course, there is a case and counter-case and many persons from both sides are injured but there is a very specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant with Gadansa on his head and corresponding injury was found in the mid-parietal scalp on the head of the informant Md. Kaisar Ansari.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16983 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Bidupur P.S. Case No. 388 of 2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
