The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 301 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case is under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code and the petitioner is the husband and there is allegation, no case for anticipatory bail is made out, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
