Petitioner is in custody in connection with P.R. No. 02/2018-19 corresponding Excise Case No. 400/2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel submits that in the instant case petitioner was arrested in connection with seizure of total 14.4 liters of liquor kept in a plastic bag in the Tempo.
Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is the driver of the Tempo and in the said Temp 12 persons were

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since 4.5.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Spl. Judge cum Additional Sessions Judge-4th Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Excise Case No. 400 of 2018.
