The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No.231 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 448, 385, 308, 379, 504 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner No.3, Md. Jakir assaulted the informant by means of iron rod on her head. Other accused persons also assaulted the informant by means of fists, slaps, lathi and danda. Petitioner No.2, Afroza Khatoon snatched a chain made of gold from the informant. When the son of the informant came to save her, petitioner no.1, Tarannum Khatoon assaulted him with iron

Shahid are said to have taken away a box from the house of the informant containing cash of Rs.1,00,000/- and ornaments. Petitioner No.3, Md. Jakir is said to have thrown the informant on the ground.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case and they have got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and the injuries are simple in nature. It is also submitted that the entire family members have been made accused in the present case. It is submitted that there is old enmity between the parties.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No.231 of 2021, subject to
