The petitioners, six in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are in-laws of the complainant. The marriage was solemnized in the year 2009. It is submitted that the petitioners have no manner of concern with the complainant and her husband Pannalal Prasad.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are in-laws of the complainant, the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16999 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj in Complaint Case No. 2277 of 2013, corresponding to Trial No. 3497 of 2015 / 3779 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
