No. 3014 of 2019, father's name of the petitioner had been wrongly typed as 'Late Bishwanath Lal', whereas the correct name of the petitioner's father is 'Late Bhola Lal'.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.

The order dated 23.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3014 of 2019 stands modified to the extent that father's name of the petitioner shall be treated as 'Late Bhola Lal'.
