2. In the present writ petition the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1. That this is an application for issuance of writ or writs in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the official respondents to pay Gratuity amount, as the petitioner retired from the post of Assistant in Zoology Department, Barh, Anugrah Narayan Singh College (A.N.S. College), Magadh University on 30.11.2017 and further a command

Patna High Court CWJC No.4768 of 2023 dt.21-08-2023 2/2 be issued directing the official Respondents to pay the Gratuity amount with interest @ 18% per annum."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that 75% of the gratuity has already been paid to the petitioner and only 25% has not been paid.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the university submits that the delay is due to non uploading of required online form on the portal for pay verification by the Pay Verification Cell of the Education Department.

5. At this stage, the petitioner seeks to file representation before the Registrar of the University after fulfilling the requisite requirement for pay verification before State Government portal.

6. The Registrar of the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

7. With the above observations and directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
