The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 399 / 402 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One mobile phone has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and only on suspicion, he has been made accused in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the
