2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 447, 327, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that assertion of right, title and possession over the disputed land
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19776 of 2025(2) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 by both parties led to simple Maarpeet. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Rest of the allegation is only ornamental in order to make the case grave. There is no injury report on record to substantiate the allegation of assault. Except petitioner no. 2, all the remaining six petitioners have got clean antecedent.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 279 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 38(2) of the Cr.P.C.
