Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273,308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a),41(1)of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2019. Allegation is that three person were reported to be involved in business of liquor. One of them Jakir Hussain was apprehended and in his confessional statement, name of the petitioner surfaced. Jakir Hussain has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.25551 of 2019. There is no material to substantiate that petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence or hamper the trial.

No.14746 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S.Case No.80 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
