ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dinara P.S.Case No. 229 of 2012 registered under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the N.I.Act, pending in the Court of Sri Basant Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj,Rohtas.

Counsel for the petitioner has been consistently absent after seeking adjournment on several dates and has failed to appear today also. Earlier the case was adjourned for entering into compromise but it appears that the action of the petitioner is not fair.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25098 of 2015 (7) dt.01-12-2015 2/2 and action of the petitioner in escaping from this Court, interim order dated 10.07.2015 passed in favour of the petitioner stands withdrawn.

The anticipatory bail stands rejected.
