2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 414, 428, 429/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11(i)(a)(d)(e)(f) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, total 8 camels were recovered form the bamboo orchard of this petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely because he happens to be the owner of the bamboo orchard. Petitioner is not concerned with the alleged camels. He next submits that even as per the F.I.R., petitioner is not the person who brought the camel in question. Petitioner claims clean

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar P. S. Case No. 958 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
