Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384,386,387 and 120(B)of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that two person demanded ransom from the informant-Company. During talk between two miscreants, name of the petitioner-Rinku Pathak @ Rajnish Pathak @ Rajnish Kumar Pathak and co-accused Sandeep Gupta surfaced.
Co-accused-Sandeep Gupta has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court considering the fact that he was in custody since 05.01.2019 and he had got

Petitioner has also got no such criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 05.01.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Saharsa Sadar Police Station Case No.09 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
